Bob and Janet Niederman have been long time residents of Liberty Twp. Purchasing the farm on Lesourdsville West Chester Rd in 1948 Bob and Janet raised 4 children, farm animals, and crops on their 165 acre farm. Bob served on both the Lakota School Board and the Landmark Farm Co-Op boards. Janet worked at Liberty Elementary School Janet also ran the Gregory Creek Inn Bed and Breakfast serving guests delicious breakfasts who come from far and wide to stay at the Inn. Bob works full time with his rental barn, located on the property, where weddings, corporate parties and other celebrations keep "The Barn" rental barn busy. Along with mowing over 20 acres of grass, caring for several animals, and maintaining the property with beautiful flowers, Bob and Janet, along with their children & spouses, 16 grandchildren & their spouses, and 12 great-grandchildren, put up and maintain the family's Christmas display titled "A Walk Thru The Bible." The display, open the day after Thanksgiving through December 30th each year, will be celebrating it's 17th season in 2016. With over 10,000 visitors walking the path each year, the Niederman Family not only provides it's "gift to the community" FREE of charge, but also delights kids of all ages, with their ever growing display, focusing on the true reason for the season, Christ.
Janet passed away January 11,2019 and her legacy lives on.
